The staff here were lovely and our stay was made enjoyable as we easily walked to nearby City Hall and the vibrant Botanic Gardens, perfect for a weekend stroll.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, made me feel at home right away. room was really spacious n comfy, big bed n nice bathroom with a great shower. location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and transport links. i also loved the bar area, it was chill and nice to relax after a long day. definitely a good spot for a quick trip!

but the breakfast was pretty lame, not worth the extra cost. plus, my key card didn't work for the lift, which was super annoying.

The bed left a lot to be desired, feeling a bit worn, and only two uneven pillows for two people didn't help the situation. A solitary power outlet on one side of the bed was inconvenient for charging devices, and the room had a dim atmosphere with poor lighting. The bathroom wasn't much better, featuring a chipped mirror, shabby grouting, and a crack on the wall that made the whole space feel less than inviting. While the WiFi was impressive, the overall condition of the room and bathroom seemed in need of serious attention.

Had a fantastic stay with an amazing breakfast spread and spacious, clean accommodations! The gym was a great bonus too, totally enjoyed the experience!

I had a wonderful experience during my two-night stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service. The location is incredibly convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, really enhancing my visit. I did find the air conditioning unit to be a bit noisy at times.

The decor was bright and modern. The accessibility features made it easy to navigate, even for someone like me who appreciates a little extra support while traveling.

More assistance with luggage for seniors would be helpful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, thought it was great when they checked me in with a smile and gave good suggestions on nearby spots. Found the shower in my room to be excellent, nice and powerful, really helped me unwind after a long day.

I should mention, it wasn’t necessarily cheap, but given the location, it was still acceptable.
